I've got a question from a customer asking whether it's possible to make
things like *this* in FO:

That is, a table that (conditionally, perhaps by setting an attribute
value) may expand into the outer region of the page. If it appears on an
even page, it should expand to the left, on odd pages to the right. I'd try
to expand the table with a negative margin-left or margin right, but I
don't know any way to tell if the table appear on an even or odd page. So
is it possible?
