But, according to 7.20.3, there is no <angle> datatype for
reference-orientation:
"0", "90", etc. are just fixed integers - exactly like "100", "200", ... in
font-weight.
We had reference-orientation=<angle> in initial releases of XEP 2.x,
but dropped it for the sake of conformance.
