I remember that XEP doesn't do inheritance through <table> but the evidence
below indicates it also doesn't do inheritance through <table-cell>:
<block>This is a test</block>
<table border="solid 1px" width="3cm">
<table-body start-indent=".5cm">
<table-cell>
<block>Test</block>
</table-cell>
</table-body>
</table>
The above isn't indented at all.
What is the rule of thumb ... at what constructs will inheritance during
refinement be ignored? Are there any plans to change this to allow the
inheritance at all times?
