Hi,
When loading images with an external-graphic, the MIME type interpretation fails
if it includes parameters. This can occur, for example, with an HTTP url for which
the response contains a Content-Type header with such a MIME type. The url
http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-primer/fig1dec16.png, for example, has the MIME type
"image/png; qs=0.7". XEP says this is not a registered MIME type. Parameters should
be ignored when checking this. They are only additional information for processing
purposes.
