Anders,
I think the problem is that you have something else than block
structures in your fo flow. You validate your .fo file using the fo.dtd
from the renderx site
(http://www.renderx.com/Tests/validator/fo.dtd.html). You can do this
using a normal XML editor or using a parser like MSV.
