Try http://www.xmlmind.com/ for RTF. I believe the most recent version of Excel has some support for xml--perhaps you could write an xsl to turn your xml into something Excel can read.
Good luck,
David

Subject: [xep-support] Output formats - RTF, Excel
XEP is capable of rendering in PDF and PostScript
How can I use it to produce RTF and Excel? If this is not possible, what other ways can I produce outputs of XML data into these formats?
