You cannot find any example of this, because standard
colors in XSL-FO can only be in sRGB or ICC-based
color spaces; all other color specifications require
some vendor extensions. We have such extensions for
/Grayscale and /DeviceCMYK (and don't support ICC).
Support for spot colors (/Separated color model in
PDF/PS) is planned to appear later this year.
