OK, but what happens when I add force-page-count="odd"
to the first page sequence, and then it turns out to have an
even number of pages? Wouldn't that force the first sequence
to output a blank odd page? Looking at the spec again,
it would seem the first sequence needs force-page-count="no-force",
    right?
