This is a limitation of XEP: we cannot do arithmetics on things
whose values are not known until page masters are selected.
This refers to start-indent values expressed as percentages, or as
body-start()/label-end() functions. The limitation is documented:
    see http://xep.xattic.com/xep/doc/spec.html#Expressions.

As a workaround, I recommend using 'margin-left' for this case.
