    Sherrod,

    You should probably pick up a basic primer book on Unix if you need to
    do any significant work on a Unix-based platform.

    Your current problem is caused by the fact that "xep.sh" is not on your
    shell's path. To run without having xep on your path, you will need to
    "cd" to the XEP directory and then type
    "./xep.sh -help"
