Does anyone know how to use the 'span="all"' syntax when you don't know
how far down in the FO structure you are?
Apparently you can only implement 'span="all"' for a table when it is
the child of a root flow object?
Can you do something else to span all columns without knowing how deep
you are?
Can you start a new "flow" within the current flow - just for the table?
What are the repercussions of that? And how would that help you span
columns of the flow you're in anyway?
I'll try all these options out, but any advice would be appreciated.
Somebody else must have wanted to do this.
Thanks.
