[xep-support] Unwanted paddings

Hello,

I'm trying to position print cut marks in the headers/footers of a pdf
document, but regardless of placement method (floating or absolute-position
blocks) there is always a small padding of about 0.75mm at the top of the
page. I've tried zeroing out every possible margin and padding explicitly
but the padding stays. Any ideas?
