Dear RenderX-Support,
I've solved my problem. I write now the background-image attribute as a attribute of the <xsl:fo-region-body> tag. This works.
But I've also a new question. Is it possible to render transparent images without changing the transparent parts into white?
Best regards

Betreff: [xep-support] displaying background images in <fo:block>
Dear RenderX-Support,
I want to get a background image behind our product catalog pages. My problem is it will not be displayed. Can XEP process background images?
Next problem is, the fo:flow-part is separated in 2 columns, but the background image should span the whole fo:flow-part.
This is the part of my FO-document where I want to include a background image:
<fo:block-container position="absolute" top="1pt" left="284pt" height="39.0pt" width="68.0pt" >
<fo:block background-image="url('Y:/Bilddatenbank/Produkte/DPV/DPV-4c/DPV_Logo_Small_new.tif')">
Here comes normal text...
</fo:block>
</fo:block-container>
I think this must be the right attributes for including a background image. If this is correct and XEP normally works with background images, then i've to find out the problem in my other coding. What's your opinion?
Best regards
