Hello, Manish.

There is a <fo:block keep-together="always"> surrounding the table.
The keep-together shortcut expands to
keep-together.within-line="always" &&
keep-together.within-column="always" &&
keep-together.within-page="always",
and thus affects line wrapping.

Replace the shortcut with (keep-together.within-column="always"
keep-together.within-page="always") attributes.
