ActiXEP is indeed service-based application that is based on Cliser
Windows service. Hence, the service name is Cliser. ActiXEP will not
show up in Windows Service list. ActiXEP just uses the service. So,
there is nothing related to XEP in the service list, but Cliser.
Thus, you can run the windows service only trough Cliser which has the
standart start-procedure.
