[xep-support] Issue with ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY option in 4.4

I support users who occasionally need to use the save as RTF feature in
Acrobat. I added the ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY option to my xep.xml file. When
I save as RTF from PDFs thusly generated, there are no spaces between the
words in the RTF (though there are in the PDF). Any idea of how to fix
this?
