I'd like to use border-style="double" with border-width set to thin
for some of my tables, but the gap between the lines is so small I
can't see it unless I blow up the PDF to about 800%.
If I change the border width to where I can see the gap at 100% zoom
(2.9pt), the gap gets larger, but so do the lines themselves. What
I'd like would be to have two thins with some kind of definable gap
between them. Is this possible with FO and/or XEP?
