[xep-support] Vanishing Tables

Dear support,

Two of our customers have got the irritating effect, that tables might
vanish, normally just before a page-break. Could you please take a look
at the attached fo and tell me what might be wrong or give an advice for
a better solution. The point is, that if you just changes the position
of the table some one millimeter higher or lower, the table might be
printed again.

You shouldn't save the fo with a tool like Xml Spy. This would change
some Carriage Returns and make the table printable again. You should use
the fo as it is to see the vanishing effect.
