OK, I will answer myself. It can help in future to someone else:
formatter = new com.renderx.xep.FormatterImpl(new
javax.xml.transform.stream.StreamSource(FormatterServlet.class.getClassLoader().getResource("xep.xml").toString()));
BTW, are there any hours when I can get response to questions directly
from XEP folks in a timely fashion (or have I use support@ instead of
xep-support@ for this)?
