Hovers around 99% ... although some experimentation is pointing toward
the XSL-FO work taking up most of the time, while the XEP processing of
the .fo output is pretty quick. So while I initially was assuming XEP
was giving me problems, things are now pointing to other changes in the
Open Toolkit pipeline when switching to the Idiom fo plug-in as the
culprits for the slow down.
