I propose to change your svg-file:
---- SVG-file ----
...
     width="100%"
     height="100%"
...
---- end of SVG-file ----
and now it will complitely fill the page.
Also I'd remind your about the file '.../xep/images/registration.svg' . This
file containts the crop-mark signs.
