[xep-support] XEP 4.9 ?

Hello support,

Some mesasges in this list or the 'XEP reference for Java" are talking
about a 4.9 version of XEP, but I can only find the 4.8 version on the
renderX website.

Is the 4.9 version out or is it a "near to come" version ?
