[xep-support] Coredump

dear support,
 
One of our custumer get coredumps during rendering. can you give me some hint on the reason why. they have AIX with Java VM 1.4.1 on WebSphere. the VM has a maximum of 512MB. the document is not too big , about 75 pages.
