[xep-support] Question about PDF properties

Hi,

I have a question about PDF properties. How can be set following properties:

    * Page layout (for example: Single Page Continuous)
    * Open to page (which page will be displayed at open)
    * Hide tool bars
    * Document Title
    * Author
    * Subject
    * Keywords

during PDF generation? Is there any process instruction or configuration
option? Currently these properties are changed manually with Adobe
Acrobat, but it would be nice to have ability change them automatically,
especially when we process thousands of document per day.
