Hi,
I create table of contents on a 2 column page-layout.
The chapter-titles span two columns.
The sector-titles flow into two columns.
How can I keep the chapter-titles and the sector-titles together within a page?
I would like to do the following:
<fo:block keep-together.within-page="always">
<fo:block span="all">CHAPTER ONE</fo:block>
<fo:block>SECTION A</fo:block>
<fo:block>SECTION A</fo:block>
<fo:block>SECTION A</fo:block>
<fo:block>SECTION A</fo:block>
<fo:block span="all"/>
</fo:block>
But this is not allowed, because a <fo:block span="all"> can only be a direct child of <fo:flow>
What to do?
