Yes, but this is not a limit of XEP but rather of any file on 32-bit
linux. Other 32-bit unix versions are sometimes able to do 4G on 32-bit
architectures, but linux aparently uses signed integers for it's file io.
Reference and possible workaround:

[xep-support] pdf file size limit ?
Hello,
We have some trouble rendering large photo albums with output pdf file
size > 2GB.
When the XML file of the album is split up into 2 smaller parts the
problem is solved (but this workaround is pretty hard to automate).
Could it be there is a pdf file size limitation of 2^31 bytes on 32 bit
machines?
We use XEP 4.15 on a 32 bit Red Hat Linux system.
Kind regards,
Stijn.
