Hello Kirch,
Have you tested the XEPWin setup? Can you run XEP Assistant (found in the
program files folder for XEPWin).
In your .NET app, what version of XEP are you referencing? On the client's
machine, what version of XEP is available in the GAC? I wouldn't suspect
that you would get a "java.io.EOFException" if there is an issue with the
references. I see this error more often when I have missing stylesheet or a
stylesheet include or import that is bad.
Thanks,
Karl..

Subject: [xep-support] java.io.EOFException: no more input
Dear support-team,
I installed XEPWIN on a customer’s machine by calling
XEPWin.msi
The installation process shows no error.
After this, I tried to start my .NET program, which uses XEPCOM object.
The call of “formatter.format” ends with an error message
“java.io.EOFException: no more input”
The same .NET program works fine on my machine (Unfortunately I don’t
remember the installation process on my machine)
Did I miss something to install?
What was wrong with the installation on customer side?
Can you help me?
Best regards
Friedrich Kirch
