[xep-support] Change bars error in case of many nested inline objects

Hi

I have hit the same problem as described in
http://services.renderx.com/lists/xep-support/6026.html. Unfortunately
that message exchange does not end in a solution.

I am using DeltaXML to compare Docbook books. The resulting xsl:fo looks
like this:

This generates the following error from xep-4.15-20091204:

error: formatting failed: com.renderx.xep.lib.InternalException: No
matching point found for change-bar:

I have tried inserting &#x200B; before and after the <fo:change-bar-end
..> elements (as suggested here:

but to no avail, I still get the same error.

Any solution to this?
