Hi,
I am getting a peculiar problem with a footnote that contains a list
being split between the 2 pages with the second page footer starting
half way up the page rather than in its correct position.
In an attempt to prevent the footnote spanning two pages I added a
keep-together.within-page="always" to the footnote which works as
expected but the footnote region is still half way up the page leaving a
lot of white space which breaks up my content in an undesired way.
When I run the file through FOP the footnotes appear as expected, could
this be a bug with XEP (I'm running 4.18)?
Here is the footnote code which works fine in isolation:
<fo:footnote keep-together.within-page="always">
<fo:inline text-align="justify" vertical-align="super"
font-size="5pt" line-height="0"
text-altitude="0" text-indent="0">234</fo:inline>

<fo:block text-align="left" text-transform="none"
font-weight="normal" font-style="normal"
font-size="7pt" line-height="8pt" font-family="Times"
text-indent="1em">
<fo:inline text-align="justify" vertical-align="super"
font-size="5pt" line-height="0"
text-altitude="0" text-indent="0">234 </fo:inline>
