That triggers on 'only'Stefan wanted it to trigger on last I believe. IMHO only is the correct triggerhere.

Minor aside, your relax NG schema shows your file as being invalid?The page-position value of 'only' isn't accepted, even though it is correct..

only is missing?From the rec.
