Hello Brendan,

I believe "image/x-png" is non-standard[1], so XEP is correct that it
does not support it.

I suppose this type value comes to XEP from an http server on 'maxp'
reply, and not from the source FO. If this is the case, you can either
fix the server to make it say "image/png", or set

    content-type="content-type:image/png"

in your FO for this image. Barely there is anything to fix in XEP here.
