Note:
Complete package = all images, all referenced fonts and xep.xml files for
both configurations. Configurations could be different and one would need to
determine whether font substitution is happening because you may have fonts
in one solution and not in the other. This could also be the source of your
error -- a bad font is embedded in one and not in the other.
It is not the XEPOUT generated that means anything if they are both (nearly)
identical.

Subject: [xep-support] Re: PS error after update from XEP4.11 to
XEP4.18/XEP4.19
Fritz:
There are little differences between the XEPOUT files (merely version
information and ordering of a few tags in the XEPOUT). None of this should
matter as it is the Postscript produced that may be the issue, not the
intermediate file.
You should confirm yourself by running XEP 4.11 with the XEP 4.18 xep
intermediate file as input and see if the results are OK. You should also
open the bad PS file in Ghostscript or Distiller and see if it yields any
further diagnostics.
We cannot do any further testing on this as you have not sent the complete
package with images. Without images it is impossible for us to do anything
further as a PS cannot be produced from these files without the referenced
images (which could very well be the source of the problem).

Subject: PS error after update from XEP4.11 to XEP4.18/XEP4.19
Dear RenderX support,
after updating from XEP 4.11 to XEP 4.18 we have a PS-problem when producing
PS from XEPOUT format.
The PS file is no longer printable.
The printer shows a "range check" error.
You can find my XEP files in appendix.
The XEP4.11-XEPOUT-file is produced with XEP4.11 The XEP4.18-XEPOUT-file is
produced with XEP4.18 Both XEPOUT files are produced with identical XML
source file.
By the way:
Using XEP4.19 shows identical error.
Hope you can help me.
Kind regards
Fritz Kirch
