[xep-support] validate errors

Hi,

I am getting floating validation errors on only a few of my books that I
can not seem to track down. It is always an Attribute that it complains
about being empty but I can not find it in the file. The process is not
stopped and the PDF files seem to be ok.
Another puzzling item is it works on my machine with no errors but my
server is getting the errors.

Any help would be appreciated.

BTW: I am running XEP 4.5.
