[xep-support] Re: How to integrate otf-fonts in XEP 3.x

version 3 had a fonts.xml file, entries looked like.

<fonts>

<font name="TheSerifB-W4SemiLightItalic"
          ttf="TheSerifB-W4SemiLightItalic.ttf">
</font>
...
</fonts>

You may have to create a separate <font> entry for each style, and
reference them from the FO as such, eg.
font-family="TheSerifB-W4SemiLightItalic".
