[xep-support] XEP 4.23 NullPointerException

Dear Support,

Version 4.23.355
2014-08-15

when using XEP 4.23 to create a PDF file with an additional PDF attachment, there is a NullPointerException and the resulting PDF cannot be read.

I attached the log file including the stack trace as well as the used input *.fo with all necessary external files.
This happens when using XEP as part of a program or when calling xep.bat directly.
