All,
I must have missed something, as I can't get this (or 'rx:background-content-height' etc.) to work:
validation fails if I apply it to an fo:region-body element in an attempt to size a 'watermark', as follows:
...
<fo:simple-page-master master-name="bodyRight"
page-width="190.0mm" page-height="230.0mm"
margin-top="7.5mm" margin-bottom="7.5mm"
margin-left="20.0mm" margin-right="20.0mm">
<fo:region-body margin-top="12.5mm" margin-bottom="20mm"
background-image="url(http://betowl03:7777/ifs/files/ifs/common/drawings/draft_wm.pdf)"
rx:background-content-width="125mm"/>
<fo:region-before ... />
...
The output of XEP is:
betowl03# ./runXep -fo build/00000050/wm2.fo
(document
(validate
{!file:/home/docstore/build/00000050/result/wm2.fo: line 14: [error] Attribute 'rx:background-content-width' cannot occur at element
'fo:region-body'.}
...
The '3.5. Background Image Scaling' section in the 'spec' documentation gives the impression that one can add these attributes to
the element with a 'background-image' property.
The Formatting Objects DTD (with the rx extensions) includes these attributes in the 'border-padding-background-properties'
parameter entity, which is included in the 'region-properties' parameter entity.
Other rx: extensions, such as meta-info and bookmark go happily through.
Any help or pointers much appreciated.
Best regards,
