requirements, not that XEP is producing noncompliant PDF. Have you verified
that there are issues with the reading order or the contrast?

Hello,
I am generating PDFs using DITA-OT and RenderX XEPand the PDFs need to be
section 508 compliant. Most of the issues have been addressed using RenderX
XEP 508 implementation settings/configurations.
I am still left with two issues not addressed and I don't know the best way
to address them. As you can see from the attached screenshot, the document
reading order and color contrast need to be manually fixed. Is there a way
to fix the reading order of the document and the color contrast.
